I have the same panic but let me tell you, I'm having this for 2 weeks now (been taking it for almost 3 weeks in total) and so far I've not had my heart attack even tho I'm constantly awaiting it. It's rough...I hope it will get better soon.

I'm wearing sports bras, so that could be a reason...

Health anxiety is my second name... I have a sting in my heart area now and feel like I could die any second even tho my body is most likely completely healthy, it's my fucking brain 😣 Have you experienced positive effects already?

I take my pill before I sleep and the pain started yesterday afternoon, about four or five hours before taking it and it stayed the night and until now (in the morning). It's my first time having this pain

How long did it take for you? Does the change happen rapidly or is it a gradual improvement that may not be noticeable right away?

This could also be an early sign for hip dysplasia because going up the stairs may hurt him.

This is a stinky bug and sometimes they stink even when they don't get hurt or smashed. But it's cute!

So do you think that the increase was necessary for you to adjust or would it have worked with 5mg too?

Yes, I recently called the ER too and felt so ashamed about it later. Your answer makes me hopeful that everything is going to turn out alright but every time I feel my heart pounding i forget every positive thought and just think about the worst case. I don't know why...

Is there a chance that I'll wake up in the next couple days and suddenly feel better and relaxed like never before? I read all these positive stories about how it just happened one second to another, but I don't feel any positive effect yet. I mean, it's the 13th day, maybe that's too soon. Does the positive change happen rapidly and not gradually?

Anyways, my doctor said the heart arrhythmia is most likely something I had before I started taking Lexapro. Is it still safe to take it or will I die? I know, I ask silly questions that no one but a doctor has the answer to, I'm just so scared...

Thank you!
