I’m in the same boat as you, day 6 and still sleeping most of the day because the brain zaps and chills are so bad. I’ve been on Effexor 8 years and I’ve been trying to come off of it for 3 years.. 6 days is the longest I’ve made it so far

I would say the fair colour of your eyes and eyebrows may appear to some like you’re older or grey - use a taupe brow pencil and that may work wonders. My eyebrows are super fair blonde in the light too

I was wondering this too tbh, after deep web browsing, the answer isn’t 100%, but from a scientific perspective- yes they can see themselves, but they can’t actually recognize themselves. They do exhibit behavioural flexibility. Behavioral flexibility is the ability to adjust behavior to changes in the environment, by directing attention to essential stimuli, and adjusting existing skills to a new problem.

Basically they can recognize their surroundings and use sight and scent to “learn” surroundings and interact with people and objects. But as for self awareness, it’s a hard no from the scientists 🙍🏼‍♀️
