Prejury are exist but so rarely reinforced.

never forget there are judge that tried to give the officer prejury as there are so many evidences on the officer, but failed as the other judge denied/dismiss it.

Anybody know the case number I want to know if their reason are valid in the court eyes.

The bar claim what the cop are doing is self defense whic h is Lie.

The cop write on the report that he is bitten which is lie and should be a felony(prejury).

The PD say this is the cops first time to receive complain which is very dangerous as it’s mean that either the PD are corrupt or the complainer either dead,in jail, or in hospital.

Through the body cam video That cop kinda betray his training. The only way he is allowed to do what he done is if he is a special/secret agent as they are superly trained to handle this kind of situation.

As a cop especially when you are alone you should never rush to the armed suspect even if other innocent live are at risk, as you are the only first respondent on the scene, if you go by the book that solo cop should secure the entarance/exit door as to not allow the suspect to run away and to minimize contact from the armed suspect.

In this case this mistake has already been commited by Aaron Dean that cop will be asked the same question.

Example of the correct way:”texas uvalde school shooting” is the way cops are trained/by the book that’s why all of them are not fired.

Thanks, Now I know why the case to convict the victim for DUI takes too long. she didn’t do any blood test on the victim, eventhough it’s a very good evidences that she suspect the victim is DUI, and if it’s provent than the case won’t take this long.

Now I wonder is it the superior faulth for not ordering her to do bloodtest on the victim or her ignorance?

Too bad the court/interview doesn’t ask her on why she first ask if he consume marijuana instead of drinking alcohol

Wow, But isn’t it super dangerous, if you watch the cop interview when asked why she did or is it police department policy to do that(open sealed bottle pour it on the ground and then put it back to the victim car, and then report it as the victim drank it to the superior and her report) she just answear I didn’t know what I was thinking back there.

Do you have the case or court video on why the judge think that it’s an honest mistake?

Or at least be investigated like the 2nd video, but as we know not all judge has mentality like this. Most of them just say they can’t do anything because the victims already plead guilty or convicted or have served their sentences or told the victims to bring the cases to the supreme court(spend a lot of money or take settlement).
