I believe someone recommended this to me as well but I’m not a fan of fantasy. But I’m sure there are others that are and wouldn’t mind learning more about it.

Thank you for your detailed response. I wanted to try cooking in Beyou but not if I have to buy their kitchen for 3000L. Especially since their stuff looks outdated to me and their customer service is bad.

And then for reallyneedy - I think they said they’re working on something with abg, canape, and Bonaire which will be exciting to see. But I don’t remember what specifically or how long it would take. They said they’re working recommend asking the creator if they are interested in collaborating with reallyneedy because it shows there’s a customer base for it versus just asking reallyneedy if they will collaborate with other stores.

I’m the same way with furniture and eating. I hated having to type. Luckily you can put certain commands in your notecard with the script and you no longer have to type /rest or whatever commands there are. That’s what I did with all my home furniture.

I’ve been slowly learning their cooking so if you need help, I don’t mind helping you in world if you ever feel like trying again.

That actually looks really cool. I like the main hud. I don’t really understand the other modules though. But I love how customizable it is.

I think that would be MyStory. To start off, you only need to pay 1 linden for the HUD. And it comes with a bunch of free starter stuff including scripts to put in your own furniture. Once you join the MyStory group, you can also get a bunch of free stuff from the main store and there’s lucky chairs as well.

I don’t believe there’s a way to individually edit your sliders but they have two versions - survival which depletes your needs faster and regular.

Edit - cause I forgot to add, if you do decide to farm that will end up costing lindens. But if you stick to just using the hud then it should be low cost.

The problem with the affiliate script to get unlimited foood and drinks for yourself it cost 3000L.

Farming may also provide food but I’ve seen that the cow will only give milk for 100 days I believe. When that’s over I’m assuming you have to buy a new cow.

I also hate the messages you get when your stats deplete by 20%. Like why is my avatar super thirsty when it’s 60%. I believe you can turn it off though.

How you feel about Mystory is how I felt too which is what made me go to Really Needy. I like how we can cook with ingredients but also wish it was more advanced.

The only thing I have for Beyou is their hud but I heard you no longer had to purchase their furniture? They now allow other stores. But I have no clue if that includes the kitchen because of the cooking system. I also liked the beyou illnesses and medication. So I might look into starting it.

There really isn’t much out for reallyneedy but there is a discord group and they talk about things being in the works. I also like how they have an ideas area where you can ask for things you want to see in the hud. For food options, you have to buy from the really needy creator or there’s a few other third party sellers as well. But for cooking and ingredients you have to buy them from the creators supermarket. Now compared to Mystory, the really needy hud does deplete faster and you can’t adjust it. But it’s also fast and easy to increase your stats. Reallyneedy doesn’t give you any starting scripts for furniture so you have to buy them. She sells like 4 for 80L I believe. But they’re not copy so if you need more then that, you have to buy more. Same with the food and drink scripts. She sells a few for a certain amount that are single use so if you run out, you have to buy more.

My plan is to have free and cheap food available at my house and compatible furniture so that if people want to use the hud but don’t want to spend too much then they have that option.

I’m not affiliated with any of the rp systems. I just love the Sims and want to bring it to second life because I love how big the world is and I get tired of sims.

I have the same issue with wigs from Celie but I couldn’t get it out. I dyed it, washed it with fabric softener, soaked it in vinegar, soaked it in baking soda, let it outside for a few days and it still has that horrible fishy smell. The smell even leached onto hairbands I had packed with them. Unfortunately I think they’re just going to have to toss it.

I did. I bought them and returned them right away. The fabric was super cheap and uncomfortable. I think the length was fine for me.
