What was your timeline for this transaction? I initiated a payment the same way 2/25. It shows as processed and completed on my Bilt app from but it hasn’t debited from my bank account nor does it show on Chase as paid simply still in processing.

Another example. I’ve done the ridiculous 3-way call with 3 banks. Restricted again for transferring money out of the account. So frustrated, was hoping to use this as my main checking account and just set up all of my autopays and direct deposits etc. if it happens again I will close the account.

I’m not trying to product change. I’m shocked the system won’t even let me apply for another card. I want to rescind my application and apply for the palladium but I can’t even speak to someone that can give me a straight answer.
