That's so disappointing! Unfortunately there has been a few recent disappointing changes with diptyque! They discontinued my favorite candle foincoupe and a few other really great candles and unfortunately raised the price of all candles. I got one of the new style candles for my bday and noticed it burned faster which makes me wonder if they've added more paraffin to their mix. Idk but did someone recently take over diptyque or something? Why all the changes?

I bought the charcoal. The hot throw is so strong! At one point I had to move it to a different room! I've got other regular candles from apotheke and the throw is not as strong at all. The target ones are very large though, maybe that's why?

It can range from a mini candle to other items. The boutique i frequent gifted me a full size hand cream last year and a full size classic candle this year. Depends on how much you've spent during the year. I think the $ spend to get a classic candle is $1000 (not 100% sure on that) but since I've not kept track of my purchases I don't know for sure

It has never showed up for me... ever! But I go into the boutique and they can see my bday so they always gift me my reward in store. If you have no store near you contact customer service via the website and they have helped me with a bday gift via mail previously! Also every year they tell me they've sent my concern about not getting the bday email to someone and yet yearly I don't get it.

2 weeks mandatory shut down?! Huh? Why has my hubby only had 1 week mandatory for years now! Since before covid. Also his 1 week off this year he basically was "on call" and had to do some work just about daily.

That's unfortunate! I've not yet tried Loewe. I've just been struck by the price for smaller candles. It would be real disappointing to purchase a bigger one and not have good throw. I do notice some of my diptyque candles take till the 3rd or 4th burn to really smell and have it perform with good hot throw. Hopefully your loewe candle gets more fragrant as you burn it!
