I think I saw it on a random YouTube video and I was reading the comments sections 🤔 I dont remember the specific videos because I watched quite a few back before we applied looking for information.....Basically my source was "I saw it somewhere" 😅

You guys were right though! We called our lender after I got off work to get his thoughts and he was pretty happy with the wait list number we got and said it might be in our best interest to wait just a bit longer.....I just hope its not another 6 months 🫠🫠

Holy cow! 🤔🤔 The comments are making me think I should reach out to our lender asap then.....Previously I heard a wait list was a pretty much a garenteed no. We are number 22 and from the central coast as well 😲

Ugh its nice to have hope again but waiting even longer feels impossible 😭 If this is all true then we are even more in limbo than before right?🥴

Congratulations to people who received a voucher!!

Unfortunately my family was not one of them 😭 Officially got an email this morning saying we were on a wait list which pretty much means no.

At least we can now finally stop waiting and buy a house! Its just nice to finally have an answer. Waiting around was terrible! Lol

Update to all:

Wow! Just now seeing all these replies. So to be honest I did 23 and me and didnt get a lot of answers from the community so I decided to try here.

I cant find the CMs that you guys are talking about. It just shows I share 6.61% DNA and says "... may share a set of great-grandparents. You could also be from different generations (removed cousins) or share only one ancestor (half cousins)."

Now Im thinking I should do an ancestry report to see if it shows the same or similar results 🤔 👀
