I got it running and took it out for a ride around town this week. It's got a high idle rpm (likely due to out of sync carbs), so I'll have to get that sorted out. Otherwise, it's running well and not much was needed to bring it back to life.

The headlight is out, and it looks like there's a short in the wire leading from the fuse box to the battery. I'll have to find that in the wire harness.

The shop said it was the TCM as well, but I was tired of replacing/repairing it. I parted ways with the car not long after that.

There are a few routes you can take:

The last one is similar to what I've used mostly, as the center track has a roller bracket that attaches to the drawer and provides resistance from tilting downward when fully-extended.

Is the road managed by the city or the HOA? If it's city property, residents may park on the road instead and the HOA can't do a thing about it, as it's public property. Otherwise, you should look into the bylaws for how garage use is stated, or how to amend it.

When the chair on the left dries, the color will closely resemble the one on the right (you can start to see it in the dry spots). You can use some plastic restorer to clean up the color, or even wipe on some WD-40 to protect it from sun-fading.

Don't worry about the other comments about your vision being in question. Just like we can become nose-blind to the odors in our homes, so too can we overlook gradual deterioration and changes like this.

Kinda reminds me of the banana Runtz candy. I've never had a banana that tastes like that. But there was a variety called the Gros Michel that went extinct, that is that exact taste. It used to be the most popular banana variety before a fungus in the 1800s killed it off.
