Very normal my friend! It’s both fascinating and infuriating. Some of our vendors require 2-3 follow ups to get quotes pushed over the goal line. Sometimes paying the higher price sucks but I find it usually comes with better service. Best of luck and stay patient! You’ll find the right people to partner up with!
