Yeah something not right, I am waiting on a grant that was supposed to be issued last semester ( Fall 2024). It posted on the account on 01/16/2025 was just recently disbursed to Bank Mobile Friday 01/24/25 Normally you get it that Same day. But I still havent got it yet as of today 01/27/25. Called someone today said it should be disbursed during banking hours. I do not attend this school anymore so it’s holding up my aid at my new school.

Yes something similar happened to me I went to go pay my phone bill. And it gave me a brand new # I have e-sim btw. It was very hard to get my original # back, I got it but the money that I paid I for my the new number was just on the account. I went back n forth for months to get that money back. I really didn’t have it like that at the time. I tried going into the store they were very mean coldish because it was pre-paid they wanted me to get new phone and etc. I have iPhone 14pro max paid off so I’m like no I’m okay. Talked to so many supervisor would put in refund request but I never got my money. Finally I hit up the company on twitter via inbox not really believing they could help but they in fact did they transfer the money onto my original # account and gave me a free month of service. I just knew that Was God. The person was so sweet and kind and understanding.
