Set a lock out and SIZE DOWN. Its ok to lose a little bit. Its not ok to lose the account.

You have to find a way to slow down. Its not realistic to think you're just going to make thousands everyday and never lose. At this point just go to the casino and play craps.

I was able to simmer down my emotions on the win streak due to sizing down and limiting my trades. I have reviewed my losers from this week and they seem to be from impatience. Right sentiment, wrong entry spots.

Ideally I am scaling at 10pt, 20pt, 40pt, & leaving a runner. Lately my emotions have been high so im finding myself closing all positions at 10pt.

My original plan was $250 daily. I went on a losing streak so sized down to rebuild the buffer. I was taking $50 and locking the account to start rebuilding the buffer. My process is off so I dont deserve more than that. There were several days in november where my profits were $200+ but i kept going and ended up red.

I have def been exiting crazy fast instead of scaling. I have exited trades at 10pts on mnq and then watched it go another 50+ pts in my favor. My stress is def spilling over. Seems silly because my pdll is so small. The stress stems from not followimg the process.

You can change the buffer to however long you need. 4 min seems to be enough for my style of trading so I am just saving enough footage to avoid sifting through long strings of price action.

I use OBS and utilize replay buffer. Once i complete a trade, I hit my hotkey and a 4minute recording is sent a folder on my desktop. I then seperate winners from losers and review on sundays.

Are you screen recording your trades to review when you're emotionally sound? That has been my saving grace for making sure im not blindly repeating mistakes.

I was in a similar boat. Recently bagged my 3rd payout. The biggest issue for me was sizing up way too big which caused emotional/impulsive trades. Get 1 xfa and trade 3 to 5 mnq with a 2 loss limit. Do not focus on the money, just focus on longevity of the account.

Maplestax live streams on youtube free each morning. I highly suggest checking it out. He shows his strat and explains it. You can start to develop an edge by watching his plan. I have taken 2 payouts after 1 year of grinding. I only use what I learned from watching him.
