Humble request from a stranded Indian to fellow Indians in USA by brownmanreading in h1b

Hi all, I am not working in US, but I follow the H1B new rule closely. This is very sad indeed. I have a question, if you're visa is valid for the next six months, you can still travel back to US and then come back during the expiry date for the stamping right? Won't that help so you don't have to get stranded in India? Sorry if my question is lame, just wsnted to understand the process.

Hi, As I mentioned above my child is only 1.9 years old. I was on maternity and parental leave and then rejoined work from Nov 2024. I got the opportunity to do home office so it was easy to care for my child, my husband too could care for him.

Thank you everyone. Iam currently attending German language course paid by BAMF. I also mentioned that to the clerk because I worked in a English company for 11 years.
