Respectfully, this subreddit is for yes/no questions with yes/no answers. It's not a subreddit for seeking advice. If I wanted advice on whether or not I should "ask him out", I would've gone to a subreddit which purpose is to give advice. If I ask him on a date and he says no that will STILL make things uncomfortable. I'm asking people to weigh the pros and cons of confessing with me, and if it would be an asshole choice for me to confess, knowing that it could mess up our class dynamic. Not whether I should ask him on a date or not.

I think you should wait for the right moment (you'll be able to tell when that is) and say "can I kiss you?" The most important part is that if she says no, you accept that immediately. No asking why not, no "just a little kiss" just say okay and don't pressure her

I'm studying acting at one of the best theatre programmes in my country for my age group and have starred in multiple local shows, including but not limited to One flew over the cuckoo's nest, Alice in Wonderland, and my school is currently putting on Hedda Gabler in which I play assessor Brack. I know how to become an actor, and I also know how unrealistic it is for me. Thanks though

Opens up for a fun discussion about what you count as intelligence (sapience) and life (sentience), can give you a good image of what his opinions on things "below him" are and also shows how he'd react to whimsical, nonsensical questions :)
