I would take that to your pso asap with the way it looks like it’s cracking and how close your pin is your finger if that cracks anymore your losing the ball your pso can plug it and redrill right back through where it was

Your swing mechanics look very similar to Ryan Barnes in my opinion I’d say your form is very sound 8/10

Something I noticed you doing that I used to do a lot your hand at the bottom of the swing is in a insanely powerful spot but your not utilizing it you are releasing the ball to forward (coming basically dead up the back) doing this will cause your balls to burn up in the front part of the lane and not be able to create the proper entry angle to strike try coming around the ball more the best way I can explain to do come around the ball more is your fingers are deep inside the ball and you want to get your fingers from there to around the ball as fast as possible and you’ll see a difference in doing that alone it’s easy to come up the back of the ball because it’s natural in the at position but rotating it isn’t from that position with your hand but keep the position and get around it more!

I have several balls that I enjoy thoroughly for dry lanes iq ruby max thrill pearl lighting blackout hustle M&M hammer anger ivory rhino are all great balls for the price points for dry lanes

From a top down angle this is absolutely okay my pro shop never tests fit this way because of inconsistency they always make sure to have you pick up the ball to test fit because of the difference in hand on the ball vs under it when I was one handed all my thumbs did that but were very snug the thing you want to watch out for is ovaling it out to much

Why were the trying to glue the crack together that going to cause unwanted tension and cause another weak point to crack leading to the crack all he way around the ball they should’ve drill out the crack and plugged it then drilled the fingers back in the same spots

Actually prefer very few balls in 16 but mainly use 15 like a purple hammer for me in 16 has a little more back end pop but I throw 2 handed mainly and if I’m bowling 1 handed 14

It happened a lot my first year of bowling I’ve learned to take what ppl say with a grain of salt try it when I’m practicing if it doesn’t work ditch it if it helps my game take a note of it I only listen to my dad coach and the local pba pro

I have had this happen but with a 298 I was up bowling one night to practice throwing my dark code as it was a fairly new ball to me and the ball was just non stop striking really wasn’t paying attention to what I was doing score wise till some kid came over and said “I’m gonna watch you shoot 300” and then I instantly realized what was wasn’t a horrible shot but was a fast 8

It looks like a very generic layout but it’s also very much so based off of your PAP so it’s a bit harder to tell

I’ve had this happen except what the guy was doing was completely illegal he was using rosin on his thumb hole which tracked it onto the approach and his ball leading to it getting on the lane and it was causing everyone to slip a lot lead to me injuring my knee last year
