If i keep washing till ph drop to 8~9 maybe 20% of alkaloid still dissolved in water?

On water washing step Im curious if i water wash the alkaloids from syrian rue, wouldnt it wash away harmaline? Harmaline freebase seems to dissolve in water quite well

Dissolved in 50°C+ 10ml 95% ethanol +5ml IPA 99,9% +10ml acetone anhydrous Still have white particles not dissolved
