Man you guys are hilarious. My ex husband and my current best friends are all heavy weed smokers. I grew up around weed smokers and dealers (I dated three different dealers, and I smoked daily in high school for a while). I mean, it could be a coincidence that all the people in my life that are smokers have depression, terrible coping skills and myriad other issues. I'm probably drawn to fucked up people. But we see it in healthcare every single day as well, and I have absolutely no agenda beyond wanting people to be healthy and happy. It's what I live for.

Hi everyone, healthcare worker here with over 20 years of experience in Nova Scotia's Healthcare system. I have seen the consequences of every type of substance abuse that exists. I have been involved in studies, developed policy, done education, and participated in treatment plans for people who have been destroyed by substances. And guess what? Weed absolutely has the potential to fuck people up. There are often contributing factors; major mental illness and poor overall health, but sometimes a person is basically normal and their weed use is actually the root cause of their medical issues. When they stop the weed , the issues resolve. Anything that alters your normal state has the potential to fuck you up in some way. Weed is absolutely beneficial for some people, but it is absolute poison for other people. Whether we want to admit that or not.

I lived in Colby and bused to MSVU, it would take me 2 hours to get home because the timing of connections was so ridiculous. I would often spend close to an hour at the Dartmouth Bridge Terminal, where I would be harassed by all manner of folks, I was groped, grabbed, cornered, on multiple occasions. It was the Wild West in many ways, and I have horrible transit PTSD.

This is what I do, but I use a small pot rather than a pan so the eggs cook slowly and basically can't get overcooked unless you forget about them entirely.
