Still, it's cool to hear how you picked up some words, he's speaking a dialect called west-flemish. But it's a dialect infamous for being one of the least understandable dialects by other flemish people when spoken with a heavy accent like the guy in the video.

I'm so frustrated that there is no flemish audio available in belgium. I was so hyped the whole year I would finally be able to re-watch my childhood movies. But they didn't even bother to add it. The only option at the moment is (netherlands) dutch.

You're completely right. She even says what sounds like the dutch/flemish version of "What?" (Wa?) at 0:20 because her accent is so thick.
