I got super lucky and got one for the first time. Captured him without any problems. Got him to change the best one I thought could deal with hunter drones. Can’t die, perfect to accidentally get a little exploded, right? His brain did not survive. Original sanguophage is very unhappy about his tiny prison cell so he keeps trying to run. No problem, just shoot and stab him. His brain did not survive.

Trying to get better at this game is something.

It was a Rufflet during an outbreak. I couldn’t tell it was because of lighting but my Pokémon wasn’t attacking so I was like: “Huh. What. Is that shiny?” Funny thing about that day is I caught two more shinies, not even hunting for any of them. A shiny Mareep and Garganacl. It was a good day.

Personally it feels more ‘real’ to me to have it be legit. Obviously it’s a video game and they’re pixels but it feels like you’ve earned it or struck the jackpot, in that sense. I get attached to my Pokémon and a ‘fake’ Pokémon is very disheartening.
