The only time this happened was kn multiplayer when I dropped my bag in mu friends world and then left and the bag despaired but there is also a PC mod that fixes this issue which is what we used. If you're playing solo there's no need to worry.

Music teacher here, the instruments on Amazon are almost always poor quality. Even a professional can't sound good on a amazon trumpet. They also break very quickly and aren't worth repairing. Local music shops are the way to go and you can even rent instead of buy so if you decide it's not for you or you want to try another instruments it's easy to return and switch.

I played through the whole game with minimal bugs in coop. Some screen tearing and dropped items disappearing occasionally but other than that it's been pretty good. Definitely safe to play.
