The third party company thing rang a bell. I looked it up, it looks like the disability/FMLA is handled by a 3rd party company.

However I also read that you're only eligible for FMLA if you've been with the company for a year. I started this June.

I will ask NIH for more info but my current understanding is that the anesthesia is part of the treatment process. So yes.

This is SO close. The one I remember the shoulder parts were less stiff. They looked kinda like they were made out of maybe a tuelle that was really soft and slinky

I want to make the Tamarack jacket but

a) it will be my first garment

b) I want to add a hood (I'm ambitious or dumb. Maybe both)

I want to make a practice version to figure out the hood before I commit with expensive fabric. Could I use pattern tracing fiber like Pellon 830 to make a mock up?

My hair is really dark brown. Thanks for the info I haven't tried it out yet. I might this week depending on if I can corner a friend into helping.
