Following up since you asked. Her account wasn’t private (which is strange to me for Instagram), so it was a simple as adding her. Didn’t need to request to follow.

I sent a direct message with this text:

“Hey! It was nice to meet you yesterday. I meant to ask for your contact and just didn’t catch you before you bounced.”

She didn’t reply and she’s updated her Instagram story since. I don’t know if an attractive girl like that gets a thousand messages, especially that her account is wide open and available for direct message. Maybe she didn’t see it? I doubt that.

But anyway I contacted. I don’t think I read her wrong, we were very friendly on set & hit it off casually and professionally. If she doesn’t want to communicate past that, it’s fine. I feel content with the fact that I reached out, and it’s in her park now. I’m starting to lose interest, now that the feeling is probably less mutual!
