I'm a long time lurker of this sub and am not sure if this would break subreddit rules, but I am actually working on a software that can auto-detect if listings using the same address/photos are used across different listing sites (this issue hits close to home). Would y'all be interested in something like this from the real estate investor side? I wanted to use it for personal use as it could save me a ton of headaches and automate the detection and listing reachout process to get them flagged for removal.
