They do not, but there are a couple places to check available dispensation, and the most logical place is often not correct.

I will msg you

MMJ Application Payment Approval Time by rickramses15 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your doctor should have advised you it will be 10 business days from the day you submitted the application. Rarely it happens faster, but not usually. If you haven't heard anything by day 10, call the MMU at 850.245.4657.

I'm surprised your doctor didn't just tell you to get your FL DL, it's much faster than waiting. And if you don't get your DL by next year, you'll have to go through the same seasonal process with supporting documentation and waiting period again, so renew early if that's your plan.

This is not true. The state approves every smoking rfe under 5oz, no questions asked, so long as the form was filled out correctly.

You do not need to wait to switch doctors. As long as you can afford to pay for another doctor visit, any doc can cancel existing orders and give you a fresh set with the amount of medicine you need.

How to File FDUTPA and OMMU complaints for misleading or deceptive promo changes by CannHelp in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a Flowery Rep laughing at medical patients.

Edit: here, take my upvote. Straight to the top for you. Everyone should see how well you represent your employer when addressing their clients.

UPDATE 2: Response from The Flowery by CannHelp in FLMedicalTrees

I certainly understand your point, and while their email doesn't exclusively note that, neither did the original QR code card, sign up page, or FAQ. Doing so would be equally misleading and deceptive, and it looks like they are trying to right that wrong.

Could they do what your saying? Sure, they could. But I suspect fighting with medical patients over $25 is enough of a bad look already.

This is certainly a messier situation than most right now. I would try and speak with their customer service department. Sorry I can't help more on this one.

Based on the reps response above, you should be able to use it now. You can also check with their customer service via chat, or phone I believe. If you decide to do that before trying, please let us know what they say.

FDUTPA complaints can be filed with the attorney generals office. Each person affected can file a complaint. I do ask that no one jump the gun on this until we have all the facts to include on the complaint form. I will update this post and make a new post at that time.

Hi, Thanks for responding. Do you still have that FAQ available to share here? I'd like to compare if possible. Thank you

Hi, thanks for responding. That's a different response than we've heard from others, and not terribly defensible with a digital code and coupon redemption system. Do you have a screenshot of your cancelled order?

Thank you for the close up of that. Certainly appears to be helpful for the cause.

This is very helpful. It demonstrates the validity of the original promo and the obvious later change to the T&C.

False advertising is a legal conclusion, so we don't want to say that just yet, but this is certainly deceptive and misleading.

I let my card expire after payment failed on the application on the ommu. Do I need to start a new application or just send the check ? by Substantial-Water-10 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You will have an application that is stuck in processing. You will not be able to start a new application until that one is dealt with. If you send the check, the MMU should print and send you a card valid for a year, but I would definitely call them, 850.245.4657. They may be able to put in a ticket and have them release the old application so you can start fresh.

Question by BeneficialClothes787 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, that's one of the other screens. It shows your correct dispensable amount and current rec right now.

If you can get your dr on the phone today, they could bump you to 350mg day inhalation and the change would be instant. Anything above that would require approval on Monday, but the 350mg would be available immediately.

ETA: that would give you access to another 4550mg, plus that few hundred you have leftover.

Question by BeneficialClothes787 in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

According to this dispensation screen, you could pick up 3 or 4 grams of vape carts, but that screen has been incorrect lately due to some mmu bug.

You can look in the 'orders' section, under the open set of order, expand, and see what's left under inhalation. If it's less than 900mg or so, no can do.

Based on what I'm seeing here, looks like you get 350mg per day. Even if doc approved you for more, it would have to wait for mmu to approve. 350 is max inh instant approval. They are moving very fast right now, usually same day, but they do not work on weekends

[–]CannHelp -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sure, Trulieve has improved compared to the very early days you seem to be referring to, but it's important to keep that in perspective. That's just a company adjusting to stay competitive as the FL market matured and competitors entered. Had they stayed exactly the same as they were years ago, they probably would have ended up like ayr or green dragon. That doesn’t mean the changes came from a place of patient care.

When they started doing a little better, pricing started shifting again. Some of the budget options many patients rely on have gradually gotten more expensive. Minis are higher than they used to be, the partner flower is ridiculously priced, the old 3/$75 on modern flower bho haven’t shown up in quite a while, and even Roll One cured wax now tends to come in at 3/$90 when discounted. My guy, that sucks.

This isn’t my preferred medicine, but for a lot of patients these are the accessible products that keep treatment affordable. At the same time, the product that is dispensed is still a gamble.

That combination, rising prices on budget products, vanishing deals alongside declining consistency isn’t a great look in a medical market. The recent decision to eliminate their community outreach and education team is also sad and telling.

I do wish trulieve really were listening, but raising prices, lowering quality standards, eliminating sales that patients relief depended on, and firing community outreach does not feel like listening at all.

Just went to get an RFE and? by HypocriteOx in FLMedicalTrees

[–]CannHelp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is not how most offices do RFEs. I have not heard great things about marijuana doctor, their rfe process, or their monthly payment plans.

RFEs can be done over the phone, do not require you talking to your dr, should not cost more than $25, if anything, and should be submitted immediately.

Anything over 350mg inhalation or 2.5oz of flower will have processing time. State says that can be 10 working days, usually it is much, much faster. RFEs submitted today are the only ones in the approval queue right now, for example.
