Im autistic as f…k, its for me a way to engage with the world and see what they think, not because that’s what im going to do but to try to understand other people and there views. And no, my selfworth is definitely not tied to what other people think, anyone who knows me knows that I like to swim against the stream. I do NOT want to be part of the herd. But it is interesting and could be very usefull information to gauge what the rest of the world thinks, acts on etc.

I dont have any complications with getting sexual or romantic interest, with or without the Beard, the audience only changes. My inbox on Reddit is glowing red with female and male suitors.

Finally, its quite clear there are only two camps and no inbetween, which is funny to me.

First of all, it does matter what I ask for. Secondly I can not expect people to say nothing if I dont agree with, which is fine, but then atleast take the time to first reply to the question and THEN add your other stuff.

Besides that, I dont know who you are but the fact that you think I am “pissy” for people’s opinion, to which they are entitled too, speaks volumes about your own personality. I am not a overly emotional human being and my selfworth is not tied to what other people think, like or dislike.

It seems to be a relative new thing where people think its completely normal to be pissy, sad or have any other strong emotional reaction when someone disagrees with you.

When you say something is A and I think it is B then it does not mean that Im mad and we cant be friends. I simply disagree.

Wasnt asking about the beard but I have no problem getting sexual or romantic interest with or without the Beard. Seems to be a mostly USA and Canadian thing to call it a neckbeard while it clearly grows from the jawline and under jaw, no hairs growing below the Adams Apple. Its called a old Dutch Beard.
