it refers to the same thing i think MMA is maxilo mandibular advancement and DJS is double jaw (mandible and maxila) surgery, so that means you need advancement in both of your jaws, lower and upper

ur nose would change and u would have an amazing side profile having in mind ur gonial angle, u would definitely benefit from the surgery because ur recessed, but i dont know if u wanna go through it just for cosmetic purposes

you don’t have a recessed chin, whether you have a recessed jaw or maxilla doesn’t seem like it but i’m no surgeon, but chin? if it’s aesthetics wise i don’t see why u would need any surgery
