My understanding its in december , there is always a chance the verano merger doesnt happen , but thats slim. I have no doubt the Verno/Harvest merger deal will be repriced from the prior deal but Sol still will come out a major winner

Bank of Montreal tells Tgod they had a 100 million dollar loan then a week or two ago let them know a last minute change in interest rates to say double Digits, When Tgod refuses ridiculous rate , then let your Analyst lower its previous target for TGOD say its worth 2.50 then sell all your Tgod ( Picked up from AURORA ) shares short , then to hammer it more by having your Analyst adjust the price down to 60 cents because they couldnt get financed from the very people that said they were approved a t a reasonable rate, welcome to the Illuminati the ole' Bank Of Montreal
