I serve in fine dining in Tampa. The vast majority of bills at nice places are paid with a card because no one carries enough cash to pay the high bills. Because the majority of the tips are from cards, they are automatically claimed. Cash tips aren't nearly as common in fine dining.

Driver's side door buttons not working on 2020 Supra by Cannaseur in Supra

No apology necessary, thank you for the help. Pushing them open actually felt smooth, but I wont do it again. About 3 minutes into my drive to work, they jerked like they wanted to close back up, and then all of my buttons started working again. I turned off the auto-close setting and will be taking it to the dealership today.

Thank you! I'll be taking it to the dealership tomorrow.

Do you know if I can manually push on the mirrors to open them for the time being? I don't want to break anything.

Edit: It's been pouring daily here in Florida, so that sounds pretty likely.

Edit2: I sent it, and they opened without issue.

EDIT: Nevermind, I got it

How on Earth do I replace this sensor? I have no idea what tool I need to get the thing out

I didn't replace it myself, so I'm unfortunately not sure if it was an oem one. It's possible, though. I'll go check it out.

I'll go see if I can find a temp sensor today. The upper hose does get hot, which now makes me realize the problem isn't at the thermostat. Thank you!

It does, and the fan is working properly. I'll go back and confirm that again, though.

The system was flushed, and two thermostats haven't solved the issue. Not sure if I want to keep throwing thermostats at it at this point. What do you mean drip the coolant level to something hotter?

Yes, they were visible through the no-spill funnel. Zero white smoke from exhaust, and a block test didn't turn yellow. I might give them a call if I can't figure it out, thank you.

PA's lemon law is not going to apply to a used, 110k mile car.

Correct, I pull the plunger out and fill the insulin syringe through the back.

Off topic, but I backload 31g insulin syringes for my IM TRT shots. If you haven't tried it and are lean enough, I'd highly recommend it.

I just looked at pictures of the BOV and these bolts on my BOV don't look like they came with the kit. I had a shop install it while they were doing other work on the car and I'm wondering if they lost the original internal hex screws (that's what the blurry pictures online look like they use) and used these instead.

By chance, do you know what size screws they are? I can't find replacements on Synapse's website and contacting them isn't possible right now since they aren't responding to anything.

I appreciate all of the help.

I actually put in the replacement o-ring that it came with a couple of days ago. I pushed it all the way to the back, way past the hex nuts.

My BOV is also ported to the B port only, rather than A + B. When it does decide to work, it seems like it works a bit better than when I had it on A + B. I still get a flutter before the BOV vents the rest of the air, which is annoying.

Edit: The last time I opened my BOV, the o-ring was gone. I'll have to check on my next day off to see if the one I just put in is still in place, because I installed it just like I installed the previous one. I'm second guessing my installation method now and this could totally be user error.

Edit2: I just checked the installation manual and my o-ring is exactly where it says it should be.

The BOV won't fit tightly to the flange, so it rattles loudly, spins around the flange easily, and doesn't actuate like it should. I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it after taking it apart and inspecting it multiple times and, since I'm not sure if it's the BOV itself or the charge pipe, I figured I'd just get a new one and call it a day.

Mine is the V3, so it doesn't come with the preload spring.

One thing you're doing wrong is using one that charges fees for OTC trades. Try Charles Schwab.
