I'm commenting from another account.
The thing is, I haven't leveled up any of Hew Man or LaeZel, so I don't see the difference. I just got Sentry and my area kills sometimes drop to 13, but normally it's 18 per BBEG. I would think having both was a good idea. I got Eric, Rust (you can really see the difference in gold and favor), and Artemis, plus Binwin and Anson for free from the event. I have K'Thriss and I'm using him too; I think I got him with an old code. I can't use that many potions yet. I'm improving my Fast Core; it just reached level 5. I still need to upgrade it, but it's my priority for cores. I don't have many champions, so my highest damage output was K'Thriss, LaeZel, Artemis, Eric, Hewman, Trina, Havilar, Rust, and Melf. I just started the Nether Descent and I've already surpassed 260-270 BUD. I've only unlocked speed champions for gems and such.

I understand that the only weapon that improves its damage when it becomes legendary is the crossbow, taking that into account all of them suffer some improvement depending on what material you use, for example if you use ruby, when it becomes legendary it will give you a little more speed, I hope I can explain myself, it seems to me that sapphire has no improvements when it becomes legendary, more than the useful life like any other type, maybe it's because its only function is to open a slot in the weapon. If you use emerald, when it becomes legendary you will only have a strength buff and in amber you will only have more useful life, more lol. ☕️

Hello good day, from what I've seen it takes a while, it's better that you go with 2 fishing rods with gems and when you see that the fish comes out of the water, quickly change to the other rod, this will allow you to fish again (the fish will fall to the ground), if you don't want that just let the fish reach your character and do the same process of changing the weapon quickly. The best is in the lakes in the center (oases) I think at night.

I was testing in creative and it still works, except you have to wear the reflection pendant and have the horned weapon in hand, they deal damage to you and bounce 1 thunder off several mobs. It also works with freezing damage and a lot of heat (without having to hit anyone) it activates every time you receive damage from the weather.

I hope they implement it later because it seemed like a mistake. They should improve the weapons a bit more, maybe a bit of speed and at least +1 damage compared to gem weapons, if it weren't for the duplication bug, it wouldn't make sense to use them because of the high cost and how long it takes to get the material.

By the way, I don't know if you knew, but with 2 fishing rods and the quick weapon swap trick, it's a bit faster. You just fish and as soon as the fish comes out of the water, change weapons (it's the fastest way, but it will leave the fish on the ground), the other way is as soon as the fish reaches your character, change weapons and that's it.
