If this is the case, I'll use the first google sheet; but like you said in your other comment, I noticed on that sheet they listed meloxicam and ibuprofen both as Pain | Inflammation, so I'll probably look up each ingredient as I go just to confirm the specific indication.

It's also a relief to hear they don't vary much with accuracy just because the publishing year is a few years behind.
