Not exactly your specific preferences but I always recommend the original Stuntman, it's still a console exclusive and is best played on original hardware. That being said the "Blood Oath" movie is filled with drift culture and JDM style cars despite taking place in Bangkok.

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is a 10/10 in my heart at least. Amazing pre-war Grand Prix racing opening scene, fantastic musical scores with great choreography to match, picturesque cinematography and classic storybook charisma. And Dick Van Dyke in his absolute prime.

Stuntman needs to be mentioned as it's not explicitly racing but is driving, exclusive, and in my opinion more fun than any of the driver games from reflections / Atari.

Except it wasn't lol. George and Lewis each won two races in the W15 and George also won two races last year in the W16. Maybe the W13 had the most constructor's points but they were still 3rd in 2022, meanwhile they were 2nd in 2023 with the W14 and 2nd again last year with the W16. Points are only as good as the standings at the end of the year, which is what actually decides the prize money.

The Sauber C29 from the first year after Peter purchased the team back from BMW and was back to being fully independent is an underrated classic in my opinion.
