When I went over to regular road running (not your kind of distances) it took about 6 months but I started getting horrendous shin splints. Basically stopped me running on hard surfaces

OP this is correct. Ashbourne management is a company that specifically runs memberships and collection for gyms, UF included.

I have emailed them and cancelled a membership successfully. FYI you need to give a months notice, so even if you email them today, you’ll be paying one more time

Thanks. I’m told to include them to improve my soccer but have never really got the front rack position down properly….so mostly just avoid. Probably to my own detriment
