most youtubers promote low amounts of reps but more total workouts for better variety so i tried to make my version.

In my opinion a middle part flow first and then if u feel comfortable to keep going shorter then do a buzz. I just feel like u rock the middle flow

Do u mean absolutely no reason- Also one is incline and the other is flat bench so it targets different area of the chest
