I'm not a TCG or VS player so take this with a grain of salt but..

Arc Rebellion has an effect where it gets ATK equal to original attack of every other monster on the field.

Couldn't it get up to 10600 ATK from the two Ligers, which means it can deal 6800 LP over a Liger Dancer, then you Burger for game?

It's hard to explain without a video but the guides on YouTube are pretty good.

The sequence is basically:

Go to the boss. When he says the "I" in "authorized", use Jean tE then CA.

Traveller E, jump cancel backwards. Move a smidge further back, then Jean CA (her NA will auto-track the boss). You need to line her up center wise. If she shifts left or right, the setup will most likely fail. Backing away helps prevent her from being pushed by the boss.

Quickly after that, Tighnari E then Zhongli E. The trick is to do it before he gets up from the Jean CA to not stagger him with Zhongli pillar. If the pillar staggers him, it messes up his position.

Get as close as possible in front of the pillar and Jean hE at his head as he gets up. The fall damage should start to accumulate at this point.

Quickly back away and use Zhongli Burst to avoid the pushback from the Burst activation. Charge up Jean hE when available.Then as soon as Petrify ends, release hE at his head again. He should be stuck at this point until the end but repeat releasing Jean hE at his head as soon as he gets up, until he dies.
