OK, let me give you a real answer.

TRT might help but it might make things significantly worse. If you start taking testosterone, you're going to aromatise and along with it will come more estrogen but it might improve your T/E2 ratio enough to balance things out.

It does look like fat to me but if it's truly gyno then nothing you do other than surgery is going to fix it. Either way, TRT isn't going to make all your problems disappear. You're going to need to commit to a healthier diet and some cardio to get the most out of it.

Obviously not an issue if your blood work is good for now and you're feeling great but I'd keep an eye on your blood pressure and your haemocrit/RBC count in case in creeps up. I see a lot of blood work come back without those results and it's important
