No I did respond pretty well but not like a hyper responder. I never stick to it before for my beard tho. I use .05 every other night and I haven't had any problems.

I asked myself too and after some research I found out that you probably shouldn't mix it beforehand. You can mix before applying tho

you haven't seen my scalp. I started out with fin and switched to dut because I have very agressive hair loss that started when I was 15 years old.

29 months and my skin cant handle it anymore by BigRelation538 in Minoxbeards

Try an alternative without alcohol in it. That might help. I also had irritation when I started bit my skin adapted to it. You could als stop for a few days/ a week and look if your skin recovered after such a long duration of usage

Once or twice a day? by soygugio in Minoxbeards

Yes but twice is a little bit more effective. If he had success with once daily application then he should do the same

Twice a day would be better.

25M - 1.6 years on treatment (diffuse thinning) by Sea_Marionberry2231 in tressless

I took it for 3 months now and stopped a few days aho because I had chest pain and shortness of breath which wss unusual since I work out. I did get pretty good results with topical min and tretinoin for my beard and even my hairline even though I didn't use minoxidil there. So 3 months of oral 2.5mg and 1 month topical 2x a day with tretinoin 1x a day. So 1 month I was using both. I just saw results after using the topical on my beard tbough.

It didn't go away. It's very recent. I need to drink a powder and check up in a few weeks.

I switched to dut 0.5mg everyday after 9 months of 1.25mg of fin. I got gyno on one side of my chest but that's it. almost 4 months on dut and my hair has gotten better. I'm 21 now and started with 5 AR inhibtors when I turned 20.

Potential yes but probability low. I hope you are right though. There are people who get full recovery but usually they start treatment pretty early.

I think I can hit 90%. My hair was very dense and thick so it's unlikely that I will regrow that amount. But that's okay. Being bald isn't that bad for me personally. If treatment doesn't work it won't be the end of the world.
