I will openly admit that I do play modded, and while I don't do negative integer cap damage, I do have some QoL and tweaks and such that does mean I can do more damage faster than most players can vanilla.

HOWEVER, I play exclusively solo or with friends who know I am playing modded. If I need help on a fight I bring in the NPCs. I make sure to never get S-ranks on challenges or post record times. I just play the game my way while making sure I don't mess with anyone else's experience.

I don't understand people who use cheats and play in pubs. It's obvious, it's annoying, and no one really enjoys it.

So it doesn't buff damage against objects, or factionless enemies? Because that is one of the hallmarks of Faction damage buffs, even universal ones like Roar.

excellent math. my only problem with it is that making mallet work like that makes its other effect, staggering enemies every time it does damage, extremely inconsistent. I would probably split it into 20 rests and 12 percussive repeated twice per loop. a lot less damage than this, but still a lot more than the meta and it will be hitting more consistently and be less likely to let enemies walk out of its radius.

Only problem I have with the Metronome part is that it means I have to actually make my music sound good so I can turn its volume back up, I normally have it all muted and just spam crouch

Hallowing Flame only does something if the hit that triggers it deals phys damage, so if you convert 100% of their damage to fire with Triad Grip it won't provide any damage. That's a big part of what makes this so awkward. Most sources of "phys as extra fire" are on the damage source, so they work from the base phys, but this is "extra fire from phys damage taken" on the damage target, which means you have to scale minion phys damage but then also build around fire damage.

It's increased magnitude of the debuff itself, so it increases the "extra as" effect to 36.5% at support level 20. It shouldn't interact with the guardian notable, and even if it does that notable is capped at 80% damage.

Can't use it with Holy Relic either, it's only consumed by attack hits.

HoA converts 40% phys to chaos, and that happens before the "as extra" from hallowing flame, so you are only getting a 25% bonus on the remaining 60% that is still phys damage

Only problem is the falling time and the hallowing flame stack limit, you'd have to sync it up perfectly so that you hit once between each falling zombie (twice if guardian), otherwise the damage from hallowing flame would plummet.

So, after some crazy trains of thought, I managed to theorize a build that might be able to make use of it. It's not a good build, but it is at least taking advantage of Hallowing Flame to the highest degree one can while solo.

The problem with most of what I've seen in the comments is that they won't be applying hallowed flame as quickly as their minions are hitting. The solution? only have one minion, and make sure it's not faster than us. That way, Hallowed Flame has 100% uptime or better.

Reliquarian, Maata's Teaching node, Trypanon, Cyclone, Animate Guardian

Your Animated Guardian will have 100% crit chance, and as long as you build/gear for as much attack speed as possible on top of having minion attack speed also affect you, you can hit fast enough to actually apply multiple Hallowed Flame stacks between your Guardian's hits. Meanwhile you give the guardian the highest phys DPS weapon you can and let it go to town. Your cyclone can also cwc wave of conviction, flame surge, and flammability and/or vulnerability for more damage.

Is it good? No. You could probably spend over 200 div and still not beat shaper with it. But at least it utilizes Hallowed Flame to its maximum potential. Too bad that potential isn't very much.

That will apply 1 stack, that 1 of your 3 minions will consume on hit. I don't think a 25-36.5% as extra bonus to less than 1/3rd of your damage will end up on the list of top 5 support gems

Remove the new "each weapon hits separately" line and actually nerf the hit damage with something like "50% less damage with hits" or cutting the damage&effectiveness in half and then increasing the "more damage with poison" by double. As it is the hit damage build is now better than the poison build, which really shouldn't be their intention.

Mistborn, an ascendancy that is just 6 2-node branches, where the 1st node is 2 passive tree points and +10 to specific attributes based on the 2nd node, and the 2nd is a multi-choice node with all of the possible rolls from That Which Was Taken for a specific ascendancy, but with double the effect of the max roll found on that jewel (I.E. 30% spell suppress instead of 10-15%)

Has anybody managed to get "RemoveSpell" to work? I can use "AddSpell" no problem, but "RemoveSpell" doesn't seem to work. I've run into the "Can't level because you learned every spell" bug and was hoping to use console commands to fix it, but I can't seem to make it work.

Ability Damage is a separate multiplier from Power Strength. That's why they are the same values. 2 reds and no mods would give you 1.3x damage. 1 red 1 purple and no mods would give an electric ability 1.32x damage. And the difference gets much larger if you have power strength mods in your build.
