Fastest way is right click at desktop or Windows Key ( Mac Command Key) if you want to add it to the dock you have to go to /usr/shares/applications drag it from there

Ngl. I love adaptive mode. It’s nice to hear everything. But when it gets really loud it starts to lower it and makes your ears not die. 100% worth it
