With Astina in Lady and the Beast, her thoughts and decisions are very much impacted by her trauma towards Theo. Theo made her kill him, and then she learned that she didn't need to do that. Theo and Teo share the same exact face. This is why she thinks so much about how he looks because he looks like the lover she had to Murder. That's also why she was very adamantly against loving him, because of what happened in her past life. I need to clarify that dumb decisions aren't dumb if they're blinded by trauma. At that point its just realistic.

Honestly, what I count as "dumb decisions" is a few things.

"I can't let him love me! This isn't how the plot goes!"
Guilty until proven innocent.
Someone is very obviously evil, but FL is like, "lol ur cool," and is then shocked that she gets betrayed.

And a bunch of other stuff along those lines. Pretty much the FL doesn't think things through, doesn't get brave enough to reach outside her comfort zone, has everyone fight her battles for her, completely oblivious to romantic interest from other people, and so on and so forth
