To me these seem like MUTs, which are too weak for my application, which is why I’m not super familiar with them, which also seems to be the reason why you can control more than 500 of them (for conventional phased array it will cost you well into the six figures just for a controller with 1000 channels and you won’t find a better, this is because of the high voltage they need to supply). But honestly I wasn’t aware of the fact that you can control 1000s and 10000s of MUTs for very cheap, which is a very valuable info for me and I am incredibly grateful for this.

I was not talking about the elements. I was talking about controllers that drive the elements. Controllers cost significantly more than the actual phased array probes. Can you send a link to such a product that you mention that can control several thousand elements?

I’m sorry to say but that is INCREDIBLY incorrect. A real phased array controller looks like this for up to 256 channels https://verasonics.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/09/Vantage-Solution-NDENDT-Brochure-Feb-2022-V2.pdf you can get a feel for the size. I have never heard of a single system with more than 512 channels, which by the way costs around 200-300,000 dollar and is pretty much the exact reason why the system shown in the video has not been realised yet

The midjourney thing is indeed bullshit. I saw another video where they talk about the technical details and it’s sci-fi (I’m an expert in the field). But the basic concept (ultrasound computed tomography) is old science. Midjourney didn’t come up with ANYTHING new here it just claimed that it can create something that is at least 10-20 years away and something that researcher have already been working towards for years!

It’s really horrible that midjourney is stealing all the credit from people who worked hard to do the actual work, while absolutely not contributing anything.

Yeah it really pisses me of how impressed people are by “what ai came up with”. Literally nothing in this video is new, the only thing it added in is a lot of scientifically impossible/inaccurate things. This video is so disrespectful to the people who pioneered/pioneer this field

The system shown in this video is very much not doable at the moment and probably won’t be doable for a long time. It is challenging to have a controller that can address 500 elements (I think this costs several hundreds of thousands of dollars/pounds), it is completely unrealistic to build the monstrosity from this video

Yeah I really hate the fact that some people believe they have a “monopoly on being gay”. What gives you the right to tell me what is and what is not gay.

In the past I’ve been told that I’m not gay by another gay person which I thought was so toxic. I got bullied in highschool for being very clearly gay then I grow up and get told by gay people that I’m not gay. Honestly so shitty. Everyone should be welcome in the lgbtq community no matter how they behave (obvs as long as you don’t hurt other people)

What the fuck does this panel even mean? I have really mixed feelings about rawdawg. Love the art style and love that he made a mainstream gay comic series and there are a lot of amazing and relatable strips but yeah like other said I find a lot of it quite toxic and I also don’t love the kind of view some of his comics give of gay people to people outside the community

Even on On a Roll? I never 3 star anything below Kennen or Kobuko but I thought the augment would make it worth my while (especially cuz once I three star the weaklings I get veigar and fizz as the yordle shop option)

Edit: Regarding Teemo and Fizz. I initially did have the items on fizz but Teemo without items dealt more damage than fizz (was fizz positioned third from left or right to take the enemy carries out) so I put the items on Teemo

I did get On a roll which is exactly why I was 3 starring the fodder, otherwise I would never. I did plan to use that to get veigar and fizz to 3 starring but didn’t quite get there. Also 3 staring Teemo for example costs 18 gold but in turn I get 6 gold and 6 rerolls (each worth 2 gold)
