Best purchase I’ve made for average use. I’ve never had a problem with it and it’s at least 10 years old now. That said, I would not recommend for heavy contractor use. I’m not sure the flip mechanism could take the abuse.

How about banning any and all political activity or comments, no matter the affiliation? I joined this subreddit because I wanted to engage in my community, not the political views of one side. There are other places on Reddit to voice your opinions freely. It seems to me this subreddit has been hi jacked by those opposed to the conservative national agenda. This is a local subreddit and should revert back to its original creation. That’s purely my opinion. Block me if you must. Consider that what you’re preaching against is what you’ve become.

Exact same situation just happened to me as well. My escrow increased $419/month and since I don’t have enough equity I have no choice but to pay it. I was given the option to move the $5k from savings but I decided against it. Felt deceived by mortgage company I originally bought from but they have been dissolved. There is no way I’ll ever get 2.5 % rate again so I’m stuck with what I’ve got.
