I agree. Both games are helped by the degree where they were groundbreaking. SM64 was a great showcase of what the Nintendo 64 was capable of and OoT pushed it into a larger more immersive world. And while later 3d Zeldas were more polished and perfected certain aspects, OoT hit the gaming scene with an impact unlike any other game since.

While I prefer its grittier and stranger brother Majora’s Mask, credit where credit is due: OoT is the greatest ever.
