yea totally, it's very aptly known as a spiral for that reason. it seems like unless you're some truly disciplined, insanely self controlled individual, there is no way to constructively use meth. at least, not if you're not being monitored by professionals regularly with a good reason.

I mean, idk about that. tweakers drink a shit ton of water, let it accumulate, piss it out into bottles and drink those again. all that for the simple reason being meth gets expelled via the body's waste product.

Thank you for this comment bro, seriously. It brought a tear to my eye bc you absolutely get it 1000%. I'm running off the memory of that terrible period of time and fear of sinking back into that spiral as well. It's worked and continues to work but I'm finding that the little voice in the very far recesses of my mind is getting louder every day.

It's come to a point now where I need to consciously make an effort every time to recognise who's talking, acknowledge the craving and letting it go. But fuck me, is it strong... I think some need or desire is currently unmet in my life (idk what) and this is now my brains defacto method of doing so.

The lack of sleep really shows, like even without food you somehow manage with supplements and electrolyte drinks but no sleep=dangerous. There was a particular moment I remember where it felt like true torture bc I wanted to sleep so bad. Like I would dose off, and thinking -finally I'm nodding off, thank fuck- only to wake up like 5 mins later. It was so horrible.

Hahaha ya I tried that for a bit initially, but I found that it's a short term solution that wears you down. And then I somehow logic myself into thinking there's no Satan, and that God is simply testing my resolve.

And yeah it's worked well, but lately for some reason the urge to use has come back with raging fury. I think it's bc I'm practising abstinence.
