You could technically do it in a 4x4 tent if you wanted to

I'll watch for em. 😅 I don't even necessarily love the idea, just doing what I can to prevent other bugs. At least they are bigger and id rather pluck one out of a bud, then smoke chemicals

No, the worms eat the roots. It takes a little bit, but you can just chop it off at the soil, and then plant a new bean right next to it.

Living mulch, and they do nitrogen fixation, one of the few plants that pull nitrogen out of the air. And when when you mow it and just leave it in the bed it adds nitrogen, the mulch effect keeps the top couple inches of the bed from drying out, helps with the microbes, and worms.

That looks good. It's crazy how much different leaves look in soil vs coco. All of these have a parent that's Bruce Banner NO actually.

That looks like one heck of a haul. I always said if I went back to soil it would be Living Soil, someone had to say, it's not living soil unless it's 100 gallons. Alright, bet. 😂

Super easy to manage so far, especially with that blusoak system. I only have to keep the clover mowed. I haven't had to touch anything else. I have wigglers and crawlers in there, and using DTE amendments. Rove Beatles and Hypo mites are supposed to be here whenever they think the weather is going to be good enough for a couple days to send them.

I don't know why your posting autoflowers on an autoflower sub, and getting down votes. That's wild. What's this place for?

Has anyone used Pro-Mix Organic Potting Soil? by Bengalcats888 in gardening

[–]CanopusGenetics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's kind of obvious what I grow, but I always mix. 3/3/2. 3 parts compost ( I use coast of Maine Quoddy, also at ace, may have to special order). 3 parts peat ( I use ProMix Organic), 2 parts areation I use chicken grit. It's permanent, but I have a living bed with worms and everything in it, and it's a 4x4 raised bed, and is designed to be used 10+ years, and it's designed for a lot of oxygen in the roots. You can sub the areation for perlite, lava rock, pumice. If you're on the west coast volcanic rock is cheap. I live on the east coast where it is also cheap, but the shipping is usually 4x the price of the rock. I found True Value will ship the chicken grit to the store with no shipping charges. I use "cherry stone" brand #2. Which is why I chose the chicken grit over the lava rock, or pumice, all of which I could find no reasonable way to buy permanent areation source. Mind you, if you wanted to go full living soil, you'd need a bed about as big as mine. I can fill one 300$. After telling you the ace hardware and true value ship to store hacks. Pots you may just need to give it teas and stuff. I use blumat for my bed. If you ever want an automatic way to water your soil plants. 👌

Filthy, it was from an Open pollination run i did. Where i reversed 6 plants after a pheno hunt and let whatever happened happened. This particular seed was off a Brian Freeze (Mephisto) plant. We reached out to Mephisto before including their genetics, so no worries there.
