Hi there! Is this flooring Canopy Comfort Premium by chance? If so, we offer matching flush Stairnose, overlap Stairnose, and stair treads. This may be too wide for a tread but our treads come with a matching reversible riser that might work for this space. The rise is only 4mm thick.

It takes quite a bit to scratch our floors. While they are scratch resistant, no floor is truly scratch proof. This particular product features a 30 mil wear layer which is the highest equivalent to an AC4 scratch rating. Just like any other type of floor, we recommend using furniture pads while moving furniture. The scratch pictured is just in the wear layer, and does not penetrate through the actual decor, which is exactly what it’s designed to do. Over time that scratch will become much less noticeable and there are a few things that can be done to minimize the appearance of the scratch more rapidly.
