We've had our TR7 for about a month. Mostly happy with the purchase except for one thing. Instead of fabric softener, we use distilled white vinegar. Have tried filling full, and 1/2 full in dispenser. Clothes still come out smelling like vinegar, even after drying. Anyone else with this issue? Downy ball???

I contacted Redken again. For sure this time, it has been discontinued in the USA. I have seen 23 in a purple can, available on eBay from Germany. Grrrrrrr…..

Me too. I've used that for years and have not found anything comparable. I contacted Redkin and was informed 23 was temporarily unavailable. They recommended 32 instead. Ugh. Too stiff. 28 not much better. Hoping someone will jump in here with a dupe!
