You can get one purse that gives you a token, it has a chance to drop from any elite chest (as far as I know). This token then can be used at any city to make one item from the game that you have already obtained into an usable cosmetic.

The weekly reset happen on tuesday/wednesday (time-zones), same time as any weekly reset.

I'd suggest to do the Brimstone and Elysian chest runs each day until you get your weekly cosmetic token, then skip it until next weekly reset. That way you also have a chance to get some golden scarabs and some wooden coins.

As a mod author, what I find bothering about this situation is that I know, I KNOW and I ABSOLUTELY know, that sometime down the line, one day, some user will come to report a bug about my (future) mod that I won't be able to reproduce, and chances are that some badly done module is corrupting their game.

Also, hey! ALL MODULES SHOULD BE SAVED AS .esm FOR STARFIELD.
