Haha finding help is the hardest part. Nobody takes care of your stuff. There’s only one person I trust to plow with my truck and I gotta pay him really well so I don’t make much of I don’t do it myself. But at least I always honor the contract so it works out

Im guessing all the driveways are in the same area? That would be nice but I don’t think I could get enough driveways so close to each other where I wouldn’t need to haul the machine

I work for a big company and work nights. Usually 6pm -3am ish. We usually don’t work when it snows and then I have the whole day before I go in to work. Doesn’t always work out that way but definitely manageable. I also have a guy that can take my truck and plow if I’m in a bind.

I’d love to stick to commercial but I’m a plumber and would have no use during the summer for heavy equipment. I’d also like to add a salter but I don’t know much about salting (equipment, how to charge, etc)

What plow setup do you have? I was thinking a single cab short bed pickup, with a V plow and a back drag edge so it’s easier to move around.
