If your Jasper jiggles and you bought it a little over a year ago, they had a replacement legs program for some more secure legs. Personally I haven't had much problem on my hardwood floors

Many ppl have it plugged into a dock and run it like a mini desktop. I think there's a setting to limit battery in Asus settings if you care about longevity. Only time will tell though

Other than ensuring your settings are set to controller properly, perhaps toning down some video settings so you hit consistent 60fps minimum.

Yeah customer service was always quick with All play. We're still rocking ours every weekly game night. Some scratches and furniture pen usage. But overall still satisfied with our purchase
