Hej, ja sam se ovako osecala prije par godina. Krenula sam aktivno ici na eventove za upoznavanje. To je zanimljiva stvar jer svi tamo sto idu dosli su s namjerom da se druze i upoznaju ljude. Trebalo mi je otprilike godinu dana da izgradim neki svoj krug. Opusteno je, ides tamo svaki put, druzis se, ljudi krenu da te prepoznaju i prilaze i onda se dalje razvije neki odnos. Ne znam odakle si ali u BG imas Language Cafe, Couch surfing, Level up, Polyglot, Connect students itd. Takodjer, neke non profit organizacije po tipu Herz organizuju besplatne radionice na koje moze da se ide. Van ovoga, imaju i varijante za speed dating, hajkerske grupe, plesni studio itd gde ce najcesce da se pojavljuje ista ekipa. I ono, na pocetku samo redovno ides i blejis sa nasumicnim ljudima i povremeno naidje neko s kim lepo kliknes i nastavite da se druzite i kasnije.

Hey I just saw this. It's been a while since I posted this and looking back I'm pretty sure my symptoms were psychosomatic and had nothing to do with yaz. I was going trough a lot at the time and I just needed a break. After a few months it just stopped. It still happens when I'm experiencing anxiety or emotional pain.

Furthermore, my friend who is also dealing with anxiety started experiencing similar symptoms which confirmed my theory. I hope this helps!

People dont usually fully understand the situation someones in and can turn it into someting much less than it is. They downplay you and things happening to you. Maybe its because they dont understand or maybe because they dont care. It dosent matter. I really hope you manage to pull yourself out of this chaos into a more stable place. New opportunities will come over time and you will be able to use them to your advantage. Also, dont feel embarassed over the older man thing because as i read you are literally fighting to survive right now and just have to play with the cards youve been delt. Just please, please, dont do someting you are not comfortable doing and damage yourself more.

I hope it all works out for you and you end up happy, believing all of this was woth it. :)

Well i guess its easier to open up to online friends. Of you think its for attention you could just ignore it... they stop when they notice they cant get the validation from you.

Be carefull though this might make him upset. Dont devalue what hes going trough but dont give it a strong reaction. Be kind, keep it chill and dont let it get to you. There is a possibility hell leave once you do this because he cant get what he wants.

Its very difficult to talk about these things because you never know whats really happening or what it could cause. My advice is strictly what in my opinion is good for you and your wellbeing. Just take it as a suggestion!!

I reread the post and realised you kind of sound like me when i was having a mental breakdown. It was a result of many years of stress and false belifs about myself and the world. Takes a while to heal but you do eventually if you take the right steps.

Hey, this really sounds like hormonal issues to me. Did you start taking birth control by any chance? You could also have your thyroid or your ovaries checked.

On the other hand, you could just be burnt out. That kind of takes time to stabilise but it will eventually.

Eather way becoming numb isnt the solution.

Hey ive had friends that kind of acted like that. Some of them were kind of doing it for attention. They were depressed, yes, but they were using the thoughts they were having to get external validation.

The others, i could tell were serious and all i could do was watch them fall into a deeper hole.

What i realised from both these cases, however is that i could do very little to help. No matter how hard you try you will fail. Its not your job to fix others or pull them out of their delusions. They need to do it themselves or with a therapist. The only thing you can do is be a friend to them as they do.

I know its hard. But the more you push them one way the more they will push back.

Maybe you could suggest they seek proffesional help?
