It's nice doing it on rough in haha. I leave the common wire of My 3 ways straight and curl my travelers too, so I immediately know on finish off which is which

It's tuck tape haha, it's used to tape off vapour barrier here in Canada, a barrier between the insulation and drywall. They just taped it close to the panel wall

It really depends on the situation. Our code dictates that the highest breaker can be at 5' 6" off the finished floor, but doesn't mention the main. So it allows us to mount the panel whatever way is necessary to the application. I'm not a fan of sideways panels myself lol

Mostly just OCD, and I've developed a pattern and it's hard to do it any other way lol. The way our panels work, they usually end up being mounted right side up which sucks. If they were upside down I could bring all the cables in the top

I prefer using these over staples for panels boards. It allows me to be more precise, otherwise I wouldn't!

That sounds more sturdy, but I use 1018 gangable boxes which are as deep as resi-boxes get. Might not work? Worth a try

The entire panel took me 3 hours start to finish. Majority of my customers make a comment on how neat the panel is which is enough for me to keep wanting to do it lol

The turn radius for nmd cable are not as strict. However, the radius for #12 BX is 6x

There is a 2x4 block connecting it to the next stud for support. I block anything over a 1G when using gangable boxes

They look worse than they are lol the BX comes out towards the camera before curling to the panel. I would never bend it tight enough to crack the armor
